Fingerprint Friday

This is a Bottlebrush tree (Callistemon citrinus)  it is endemic to Australia. This one however,  is growing in a corner of my garden, my gardener friend assures me it should not survive the cold winters here in Scotland and is puzzled as to how it manages, ( it was here when i moved in to the house so i do not know anything of where it came from). It makes me smile though, to think that although we think we know so much, clearly God has different ideas on how and where his creations will thrive.

What a beautiful plant and lovely photo. How true that only God knows exactly how His creations thrive! That is a really good thing to remember, especially when we are bombarded with worldly "wisdom."
