Now lemon curd, I'm not so sure about - what is that exactly?? Cheese with lemon flavor? Pudding? I've always wondered :D
if jam is soft fruit, strawberries, raspberries etc boiled with sugar, then lemon curd is the equivalent but with lemons. I love it spread on my toast or sandwiched in a sponge cake with lemon icing. mmmm : P
